About me
Halldór Frank Hafsteinsson
My name is Halldór Frank, I am Icelandic filmmaker who has had an experience in the business from a young age. Having worked as a video editor I later found my true passion as a writer and a director.
Now I have graduated from the Icelandic Film school from the Screenplay and Directing department and since then gotten awards for my short film Feelblock. Currently, I am writing for TV and making videos as a freelancer.

Feelblock (2022)

Feelblock is a film about Gríma (Kolka Heimsdóttir) a young woman who lives in a world where everybody has a device on their person called Feelblock which renders all bad feelings and emotions away and keeps everyone constantly happy. One day Gríma accidently breaks her device and for the first time in her life she has a bad day.
Ravens (2021)

Hrafnar (Ravens) is a film about a young doctor Aðalsteinn (Gunnar Bjarki Baldvinsson) who is an ex-convicet who's only desire is to see his four years old daughter he never had a chance to meet during his years in prison. Now he is out his baby's mother prevents him to see his daughter and he has to fix up his life to show that he has changed his ways.
